The delivery of the products offered on the website www.hodegetria.com is carried out by the courier company Speedy AD .
The delivery is made to the exact address previously specified by the customer – to home, workplace or Speedy office. An incorrect or wrong address, contact person and/or delivery and contact telephone number specified with the consumer makes the order invalid and does not bind Balkanic International Ltd. with the obligation to fulfill the delivery.
In the event that the customer is not found within the delivery deadline at the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, Balkanic International EOOD through www.hodegetria.com is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase.
The customer may confirm his/her desire to receive the goods even after the delivery period has expired, during which he/she was not found at the address, assuming all additional delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period will start to run from the moment of confirmation.
The terms of delivery of products when ordering online are as follows:
Delivery time
All orders placed on a business day between 09:00 and 15:00 are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. As orders are delivered to addresses during standard business hours, please arrange for someone to accept the order on your behalf if necessary or consider entering your work address or the courier company’s office as the delivery address.
The ordered products are delivered by a courier from Speedy to the address you specified, within 24 hours to 3 working days , and the period may be extended on official holidays and/or weekends by the period of non-working days or other force majeure conditions that may arise.
“Balkanik International” EOOD reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days without informing the Users in advance and to extend the terms by more than 7 (seven) days with the prior consent of the User who requested the delivery.
In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery times is possible, of which you will be notified promptly by our associate. Balkanic International Ltd. is not responsible in the event that the delay is due to the fault of the courier making the delivery.
Upon receipt of your shipment
Upon receipt of the shipment, please check carefully in the presence of the courier whether there are any visible signs of damage or opening of the packaging! In the event of a shipment damaged during transport, a report will be drawn up in two identical copies, which will be signed by you and the courier.
