Yes, the store “Odigitria” operates exclusively within the framework of current Bulgarian legislation. You can return or exchange goods within 14 days after receiving the order. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that in all conflict situations we are always aimed at a good-natured solution to the problem and a compromise.

Currently, this feature is only available for postal shipments on the UPS website. You can ask any questions to responsive managers, they have information about the time, delivery and status of the cargo.

How do I place an order?

1. Select the appropriate product in the store catalog or use the search engine.

2. Click the “Buy” button or click on the product image to go to the product page with a detailed description and additional photos. The Buy button is on the product page.

3. By clicking the “View Cart” button, a shopping cart will open. In the shopping cart, you can:

  • find out the weight of the order (excluding packaging)
  • change the quantity of goods – select delivery options

After completing all steps, click “Complete Order”.

4. You have reached the Order page. You need to fill in

  • First name, Last name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Select a payment method and click the Order button.

When you complete your order, we ship it to the address you provided the same or the next day.

You will receive a notification letter to your email.

Cash on delivery courier

This is the most preferred payment method because it does not require entering personal information online and often seems to be the safest and fastest way for buyers.

After completing the order, you need to click on the “pay with credit/debit card” button. This will take you to the Borika website, where you can make the payment for your order via a secure encrypted connection to the website.

Depending on your terms with your bank, you confirm the payment and receive a notification letter from our online store that the payment for your order has been received and we will send you the product as soon as possible.

When choosing this method, you will be transferred to the PayPal.com page to finalize the transaction. After the payment is received in our system, the processing of your order begins. Online transactions are made on the secure page of Paypal.com, which does not require or store any bank card or account data on its pages.
IMPORTANT: The shipping details in the order and PayPal account must be the same. If the online order contains an address that is different from the address (Ship to) in the PAYPAL payment, the order cannot be processed and the payment will be refunded.
