This exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from the millennia-old olive trees of the Holy Monastery of Xenophontos, established in 998 AD. The olives are lovingly harvested by the monks and workers, and the oil is extracted through cold pressing in a traditional olive press on Mount Athos.

Our olive oil is renowned for its high-quality fruity aromas, unique flavor, and low acidity, with free fatty acids not exceeding 0.8 g per 100 g of olive oil (acidity: 0–0.8%).
