Returning an item purchased online is very easy. It is your legal RIGHT to cancel your online purchase within 14 days.

Products that meet the return conditions and are purchased online from Hodegetria.com can be returned to us within 14 days . If you intend to return a product, you have 14 days to do so without having to explain the reason for the return. Please read the information below to make sure that you have met all the return conditions, fill out the return application and send the product to us. Valid for the territory of Bulgaria, for both individuals and legal entities.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • Keep the original packaging and the complete set of the product you received. Keep everything, really everything – boxes, booklets, plastic bags and bags.
  • You have the right to test the purchased product and make sure you like it, but you are obliged to keep it in impeccable condition and appearance. The returned product must be without traces of use, without scratches, without traces of impacts and with all protective coatings that the product had upon receipt.
  • The original packaging, all books and documents, including ownership documents, must be intact, not scratched or damaged.
  • When purchasing multiple identical products, only 1 unpacked product can be returned. The rest will be accepted only if all boxes/packaging are sealed and their integrity is not damaged.
  • The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by you.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHICH PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:

  • Rosaries;
  • Transportation costs, payment fees and cash on delivery (when returning equipment, transportation costs, payment fees or cash on delivery paid by you at the time of purchase are not refunded);
  • Goods that are not in their original packaging or are missing parts of it, as well as a damaged, erased or torn serial number and/or warranty sticker;
    • Goods in poor condition and visible signs of use.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT?

  • Once we receive the returned product, the contents of the shipment will be reviewed and processed by our team;
  • If no damage is found, it can be replaced. Usually, the time frame in which you will receive a response from us whether the equipment can be replaced is up to 10 working days;
  • The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you specified in the return application;

Saving information:

IMPORTANT: is not responsible for any information stored on a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, smartphone, hard drive or other storage device. Please note that when returning the product to us, all information will be deleted.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

Liability for damage caused by breakage, scratching, flooding, burning and other impacts excluding the usual testing of the products by the User.

Upon acceptance of returned goods from the User, we reserve the right to check the products for damage and effects caused by possible unusual use on your part. If such damage is found and established, Amco Bulgaria will deduct it from the refund amount, according to the assessment of the established damage and in accordance with Art. 55 para. 4 of the ZPA.
